6 minute AMRAPS of work. 3 minutes of rest between AMRAPs.

10 Handstand Push-ups
20 Box Jumps 24/20″
10 Push Jerk 95/65#
20 Toes to Bar
10 Front Squats 95/65#
RX + = PJ and FS 135/95#. Go for unbroken reps in each AMRAP.
