1 M Wall sit

PYRAMID Cardio-
10 burpees
20 squats
30 bicycle crunches
40 Mtn climbers
50 JJ
40 Mountain Climbers
30 Bicycle crunches
20 squats
10 burpees

rest one minute then REPEAT
