Need: mat, kettlebell, and medicine ball

teams of 2: 40 M time cap

FLIP YOUR FATE:
Heads:
Run in gym or outside end of drive way and back
30 step ups
40 push ups
40 squat press with medicine ball
50 kettle bell swings
50 sit ups
30 goblet squats
30 burpees

Tails:
run backwards in room
30 squat then step ups
40 hand release push ups
50 Over the head kettle bell swings
50 reverse burpees
30 weighted lunges (each leg)
50 burpees

Run together, everything else is split between the two partners however you need to split it up. Only one partner working at a time.
