Coaching Philosophy:
“When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it — but all that had gone before.” – Gregg Popovich

“I grabbed a pile of dust, and holding it up, foolishly asked for as many birthdays as the grains of dust. I forgot to ask that they be years of youth.” -Ovid

My coaching philosophy is simple and significant – Crossfit is hard work and it will only get harder as you get better at it, but through this this hard work, I guarantee you that you will trade years of fragility for years of youth.
